The Bokken Shiro Kashi with Bo-Hi combines classic Japanese white oak with a functional feature: the integrated blood groove (Bo-Hi), which produces a fine whistling sound during clean cuts.

Made from fine Japanese white oak (Shiro Kashi), this bokken impresses with its strength and natural durability.

The longitudinal wood fibres ensure high stability and reduce the risk of stress fractures – even with regular, demanding training.

The surface remains unvarnished so that the natural grain remains visible and tactile.

Bo-Hi – Acoustic technical feedback

The integrated Bo-Hi produces a subtle air sound when the cut is executed correctly.

This sound is not for aesthetic purposes, but for control: only a clean cut produces the characteristic sound.

Ideal for structured kata training and precise suburi.

Balance & area of application

With a length of approx. 101.5 cm, the bokken corresponds to the classic size for kata training.

Its balanced design supports clear movements and controlled transitions – suitable for aikido, kendo, iaido and kenjutsu.
