Worldwide Shipping - From Abu Dhabi to Zimbabwe, we can ship your order!

Every day we fulfill orders heading to destinations around the globe. Our online ordering system is safe, easy and secure. All transit time quotes apply once your items are ready to ship. Since we make many of our items to order, your items may take between two to six weeks to ship out.

Within the 48 Contiguous United States

Packages within the US mainland can be shipped either by FedEx Ground, FedEx Express, or United States Postal Service (USPS) Express Mail. We do not offer Priority Mail at this time as we are unable to satisfactorily track the package if there is a problem with the delivery. We do require a signature for delivery to avoid problems with lost of stolen packages and we strongly recommend that you provide us with a delivery address where somebody is able to sign for the package during the daytime, such as a work address.

Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico and other US Territories

Packages shipped outside of the 48 contiguous United States can be shipped via FedEx Express or USPS Express. Please provide us with an address where someone can sign for the package during the work day for speedier delivery.

International Delivery

Bu Jin® Design ships to overseas customers nearly every day. All overseas packages are shipped via USPS Express Mail International or Priority Mail International. You are responsible for all customs and broker fees for importing goods into your country. We are unable to inform you of these costs prior to delivery as they vary from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

Please Note: You are responsible for all customs and broker fees. If you refuse to pay these fees when the package is delivered and those fees or return delivery fees are charged to our account we will charge your credit card for that amount.

Returns

Should you need to return an item, please call us at 1-866-444-3644 or email us at custsvc@bujindesign.com. We will be more than happy to provide you with everything you need in order to send your item back. Please read our guarantee information to ensure that you are able to send your item back prior to calling.

Please note, as is the case with most retailers, DVD's can only be returned due to a manufacturing error and will only be replaced with a new copy of the same item. Unfortunately we are not able to provide refunds or exchange for a different item.
