Koshi, by Hiroshi Ikeda sensei, is filled with more than 25 different koshinage techniques. Exciting camera angles and slow-motion sequences offer many opportunities to analyze the movements of uke and nage. This aikido DVD includes breakfall ukemi and important drills to help prepare for the various koshinage techniques. Hiroshi Ikeda, aikido 7th dan, began his studies at Aikido Honbu Dojo in 1968. He is the founder and chief instructor of Boulder Aikikai in Boulder, Colorado, and Vice President of Aikido Schools of Ueshiba. He is a frequent guest instructor at seminars in the U.S. and abroad.
