Katatetori, one of the most general of aikido studies in static energy, is possibly one of the most feasible approaches. From stillness comes movement. We are not confined in movement because someone has us by the wrist but rather are implored by the countless possibilities of what movement has to offer us.
"Katatetori" is available printed on plain heavy stock and is 11" wide by 14" tall, signed and numbered by the artist, Michael Aloia.
