Disc 2, Presentation of M. Saotome shihan's Kumitachi Series 1-5. Mitsugi Saotome shihan, long-time uchideshi to aikido's Founder, developed twelve kumitachi kata. In this DVD, Ledyard sensei demonstrates how to do each of the first five fundamental forms in the series.

These two aikido DVDs are excellent training aids for entry and intermediate level students who are interested in learning about the sword.
